Online Shipment Policy

Winter & Spring 2010

Read the Online Shipment Policy below and then select Agree to go to the textbook list.

Winter orders start shipping December 1; Spring orders start shipping January 4.
Winter orders are for off campus shipping only and cannot be reserved for store pick-up.
In-stock orders ship within 2 business days.
Orders may be held until all items are available to ship.
Orders may ship incomplete if all books will not arrive before classes begin.
Your card will NOT be charged until your items are shipped.
Shipping is a flat non-refundable fee of $8.50 per order.
No delivery to on-campus locations or P.O. boxes. Orders with an on-campus ship-to address or P.O. Box will be automatically canceled without notice.
Any refunds or exchanges of online orders must be completed in person at the Bookstore.
Online orders follow the Bookstore's textbook return policy.

The Bookstore accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Campus Debit Card (general funds) for online orders. Students using financial aid are required to present their University ID in person and cannot use those funds to order online.
Campus Debit Card orders must have sufficient funds in the general funds account before the order is placed. Please login to MyUMBC to check the balance or add money to your account. A $25 re-stocking fee will be billed to the student's university account if there are insufficient funds.
