Online Reservation Policy

Spring 2010

Read the Online Reservation Policy below and then select Agree to go to the textbook list.

Spring online textbook reservations accepted November 30–January 13
Orders placed after January 13 will not be processed and will be canceled without notice.
Cancellations and changes to your order may be made through January 13.
Your credit card will be charged on or about January 15.
Spring reserved textbooks available for pick-up January 20–26
Reserved textbooks not picked up by January 26 will be re-shelved, and your credit card will be refunded the cost of the textbooks, minus a $25 re-stocking fee.
Picture ID is required at the time of pick-up.
Reserved textbooks may not be returned or exchanged during the pick-up dates of January 20-26.
Online orders follow the Bookstore's textbook return policy.

The Bookstore accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Campus Debit Card (general funds) for online orders. Students using financial aid are required to present their University ID in person and cannot use those funds to order online.
Campus Debit Card orders must have sufficient funds in the general funds account before the order is placed. Please login to MyUMBC to check the balance or add money to your account. A $25 re-stocking fee will be billed to the student's university account if there are insufficient funds.
